Harassment Avoidance
If your organization has more than five employees in California, you must provide Sexual Harassment Avoidance training to all employees every two years, and new employees must receive training within six months of their hiring date. The law specifies the topics that must be covered and the trainer's qualifications.
We use examples from prior sexual harassment investigations to illustrate the subtleties of sexual harassment law. Our training is designed to be interesting and engaging, with discussions of scenarios that leaders (executives, managers, supervisors, and perceived leaders) may encounter in the workplace. We also incorporate studies of lawsuits dealing with sexual harassment and other forms of discrimination.
To help you comply with the law, SB-1343, we are offering all organizations the opportunity to train supervisors via online training by Zoom.
